The NICOR DLR56-3008 Recessed LED Downlight is perfect for both retrofit and new construction projects. The DLR56-3008 is the third version of the incredibly popular NICOR DLR LED downlight series and is the most affordable yet! The DLR56-3008 keeps all of the same features that you love about the DLR downlight series and offers them in a more streamlined frame at a better price. The DLR56-3008 is a redesigned version of the previous DLR56 that focuses on energy efficiency, offering a light output of 800 lumens while only drawing 12 watts of power. We also offer the DLR56 Series downlights in the brighter 1200 lumen output range (call or email for pricing) The DLR56-3008 Family of LED downlights has an expected life of over 36,000 hours, is dimmable up to 10% with most standard dimmers, and is extremely easy to install. The DLR56-3008-120 LED Downlight is available in several different color temperatures, including 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K. These lights are really bright.  Work great with dimmers.  Only issue is that you need to bend the tab outward if installing in 6 inch recessed light if not the light can fall out.  This issue occurred on 3 of 51 lights installed so not a big deal.

I recently bought 30 of these lights and let me tell you, if I had to I would buy 30 more. They are everything as advertised. Incredibly easy to install, very light, and when turned on full, it's like daylight inside. I actually had to remove two that were installed in a room, because they were so bright. I highly recommend these lights for any Reno project or even new installations.
